Tuscan Rub Recipe
After having the Woolworths Tuscan rub chicken I have been looking all over for a Tuscan rub mix with no luck and since I couldn’t find one I figured why not make my own.This rub is suitable for chicken, beef or lamb and I’ve even used it in a meatloaf.This recipe makes about one cup of the rub but can be stored for future use
Ingredients:
1 ½ Tablespoons of Fennel Powder
6 Tablespoons of Dried Basil
3 Tablespoons of Garlic Flakes
3 Tablespoons of Coursed Salt
2 Tablespoons of dried Rosemary
2 Tablespoons or dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon of freshly cracked rainbow pepper
2 Tablespoons of Xylitol
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients into a bowl and use as needed. Store in an airtight container
