Oven Roasted Rosemary Baby Potatoes

Oven Roasted Rosemary Baby Potatoes


16 x Baby Potatoes
1/2 Teaspoon Course Salt
1x Tablespoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 x Sprigs Rosemary (Broken up)
3 x Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil


1) Wash and cut potatoes in half
2) Place potatoes in an oven dish and add salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil
3) Stir till all potatoes are covered
4) Bake on 180°C for 45 minutes or till soft stirring occasionally
5) Serve Warm

Please Note : The Spring Onion Sour Cream Dipping Sauce goes well with this recipe
