Growing Pains by Dane Curry #capeblogpost

Learned tales of growth,
We dance
We radiate

Sense the calm

Never expecting harm
Playful and stubborn.

Closer we fall, our souls crawl deep within, enthralled
Why do you stall?

To dance in step
I find it pure
Hands arms feet floor.

Body implores yet the soul ignores,
While the mind destroys reason.
Equilateral bisecting dissecting infecting projecting injecting rejecting.

We all bow in acquiescence,
Repent and forget the changes
Stemming from a long lost soul
Begging to be consoled
Living to take control of souls
All to up hold the image of old.
