It’s amazing how the older we get, how different our wants/needs become. Ever since the good food and wine show in Cape Town, I knew this was to be our next investment and was searching all over for a special or discount and after much anticipation Nescafe Dolce Guato finally brought their amazing sale to Cape Town.
We purchased the Mini Me deal, which was buy 20 boxes of capsules for R1600 you get a Mini Me free, as well as the capsule special of buy 10 boxes of capsules and get 10 boxes of cappuccino free. Seems to good to be true right, we definitely couldn’t let this deal slip through our fingers. So off we went braving the rain to The Pepper Club where the friendly staff were ready and waiting. We have the machine for two weeks now and not a single day has gone by without it being used.
Many people may ask what makes The Dolce Gusto different to other coffee machines and the answer to that is to date it’s the only coffee machine which makes most gourmet coffee’s with the use of two capsules. One being milk and the other espresso/coffee/tea. The machines are very user friendly, all you need to do is add water to the machine, put in the capsule, pull the lever and add sugar and the machine does the rest. The fact that it doesn’t reach boiling temperature means even your kids will be coffee wizards in no time.

For those of you who are skeptical about the once off price,I can honestly tell you it’s worth it, considering the price of gourmet coffees in restaurants or coffee shops. This machine has definitely changed the way we see coffee. Candice who drank one cup of coffee in 3months now drinks atleast 2 cups a day. It will turn anyone into a gourmet coffee enthusiast.
